Welcome to your private riverfront retreat, designed for family reunions, group getaways, wellness retreats, and milestone celebrations.

The highlight of the estate is your private dock and secluded stretch of the crystal-clear, spring-fed San Marcos River. Spend your days swimming, fishing, paddling, relaxing by the water, or floating the river right from the property. With no public access nearby, you'll often feel like you have this section of the river to yourselves, with only the occasional kayaker or floater passing by.

When you're not on the river, enjoy the private pool and hot tub, a functional fitness gym, a playground, a trampoline, a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space to gather with friends and family.

The main house offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Two separate private casitas provide additional space and privacy, making the property ideal for multi-family groups, retreats, and large gatherings.

The estate is located in a natural Hill Country setting. While we provide regular pest control service, occasional bugs and wildlife are part of the authentic Texas riverfront experience.

Guests can use the entire property.

We do not live in Martindale but are typically an hour away if any support is needed.

To ensure every guest enjoys the peaceful, private experience this estate is designed for:
