The Family Behind Your Hill Country Escape

Founded by health and fitness entrepreneurs, our homes pair saunas, cold plunges, and riverfront calm so you leave feeling stronger than you arrived.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

A Family Built Around Wellness and the Outdoors

We're Jesse and Amanda O'Brien. This stretch of the San Marcos River has shaped our family for years, long before we built here. Jesse has paddled this water since his Texas Water Safari days, and now our four kids grow up in it: swimming, hiking the trails, learning to be strong and curious outside. As founders in health and fitness, we think constantly about what actually restores people. This estate grew out of that question. We built the place we'd want for our own family, somewhere to slow down, get back on the water, and leave feeling more like yourself. We're glad to share it with yours.

WHY GUESTS RETURN

Two Hill Country Escapes Designed to Restore You

Everything here is designed for recharging body and mind. In SW Austin, our 12-guest wellness home pairs a cedar outdoor sauna, cold plunge, and climate-controlled gym with greenbelt trails just steps from the door. Along the spring-fed San Marcos River in Martindale, a main house and two casitas sleep 24, with a private dock, pool, hot tub, and room for the whole crew to gather. Whether you come to train, unwind, or reconnect with the people you love, you will find space to move, rest, and feel at home.
