“The house was spacious to meet our needs for a family event. Although I didn’t have a lot of time to check my phone the host checked in on us to make sure everything was good, and when I did have a question Jesse was quick to respond.”

“Jesse’s property is pretty magical. It’s hard to find a private stretch of the San Marcos River—or really any secluded swimming area near Austin and this one was exceptional. Jesse had floats and kayaks available and his home is one of the very few in the area with direct stairs and access to the river, which made the experience feel incredibly private and exclusive. We enjoyed grilling by the pool ,cocktails in the gazebo with a view of the river from above. The property also has plenty of sleeping space, and the beds were very comfortable. This home is perfect for large groups. Jesse is extremely responsive and accommodating, exactly the kind of host you want to communicate with. We hope to return to Hillco again in the future and would absolutely recommend Jesse’s property to anyone looking for a special, relaxing stay on the river.”
